We do not accept returns or refusal of receipt by the customer.
We do not accept cancellations after the product has been shipped.
In the following cases, we will accept refund request. However, we do not accept refund for damage caused by shipping.

Please be sure to attach a photo of the item(s) you received to the email.
In that case, we will refund the price of the merchandise, excluding shipping costs.
